Lawncare Service Technician Full-Time Hourly Position
$22-$26/hour

A Lawncare Service Technician is responsible for:​

​

  • Manage your own route of residential customers

  • Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments

  • Perform aeration, seeding, and compost topdressing

  • Deliver high-quality work and great customer service

Fall Reseed Crew Member (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
$18-$22/hour

We are hiring hardworking crew members to join our Fall Reseed Team! This is a full-time, outdoor position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.​​

Sorensen Outdoor Services is a local lawn treatment, and reseed service company specializing in weed control and fertilization treatment plans, and aeration, compost, and reseed applications in the surrounding areas of Fredericksburg Virginia. We are rapidly growing and seeking a Temp-to-Perm Fall Reseed Crew Member for our Fredericksburg VA location. We are looking for an extraordinary individual looking for either a temporary position or an opportunity to grow your career. Our primary business is in the residential market. ​


What You’ll Do:

  • Work outdoors reseeding lawns with a team

  • Operate lawn equipment (aerators, spreaders, blowers, wheelbarrows)

  • Lift and carry 50 lb bags of grass seed daily

  • Perform physical, hands-on work in all weather conditions


Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license (required)

  • Ability to work 40+ hours/week, Monday–Saturday, between 7 AM – 6 PM

  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

  • Landscaping or outdoor labor experience a plus, but not required


What We Offer:

  • $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

  • Overtime opportunities
